Explore Togo through our tailor-made circuits, designed by Isaac and his team from Lomé. Each itinerary is crafted to reveal the country's diversity across 600 kilometers from south to north: the Akodessewa fetish market and vodou worship on the coast, coffee plantations and waterfalls on the Kloto plateau, terraced Kabyé villages, and UNESCO-listed tata somba in Tamberma country. Whether you travel as a family, couple, or friends, our circuits adapt to your pace and preferences. From a 10-day discovery circuit to a grand 3-week journey combined with neighboring Benin, find the itinerary that suits you and travel with peace of mind with an English-speaking local agency.

How to choose your Togo circuit?
Togo is best appreciated over time, with the country stretching from south to north over nearly 650 kilometers of road. A stay of 8 to 12 days allows you to combine Lomé, the Kloto plateau, the Kara region and a passage through Tamberma country, covering the essentials of the country at a reasonable pace. To add the Savanes region, Fazao-Malfakassa park or extend to neighboring Benin (slave route, Ouidah, Abomey), plan for 13 to 17 days instead. We advise against short formats of less than 8 days, which require sacrificing either the North or village encounters.
Different types of circuits
Our cultural circuits emphasize the Éwé, Kabyé and Tamberma communities, weekly markets, voodoo worship and Evala passing rites. Adventure itineraries include multi-day hikes in the Kabyé mountains, climbing Mont Agou, trekking through the Koutammakou valley and savanna bivouacs. For family trips, we adapt distances, prioritize accommodations with pools in Lomé and Kpalimé, and include hands-on activities: batik workshops, chocolate making from Kloto cocoa pods, pirogue rides on Lake Togo.
What is the best season?
The dry season, from November to February, remains the most comfortable period to explore the country. Temperatures range between 22 and 32°C, northern tracks are passable and the light is excellent for photography. December and January experience the harmattan, a Saharan wind that sometimes obscures the landscape. The rainy season (May to July on the coast, June to September in the north) makes certain tracks impassable, particularly in Tamberma country. An interesting window exists in July to witness Evala wrestling in Kabyé country.
